Prepare Yourselves

After a long time I've finally came through on my promise of electric tracks. I now also have a backing band so don't worry, those lame and almost non-existent lead parts on those recordings won't be around for long. Thanks a lot to Erik Oi Neill for the recordings and patience, Andrew Wheeler for the rad album cover and Bishop Weirsbickikifbsikaof for the vocal accompaniment. The digital download should be set to go soon.

We also have two shows lined up...

December 4th @ Forest Heights Collegiate Institute
It's a charity fundraiser and it starts at 7

THEN...

December 12th at something Erb Street Waterloo (check the page for legit deets)
with...
ORPHAN CHOIR
HORSES
ROUGH SEA
THE MUSIC BOX
WAYFARER
$5 or PWYC I believe

So come out and high five!

THE FEST

SO the recordings are all done and are currently being mixed but on a much better note...

I'm currently at The Fest in Gainesville Florida and it's absolutly fucking insane. I'm having the greatest time of my life. Bands I've seen so far:
FRIDAY
Bridge and Tunnel x2 (Amazing bands, melodic, technical, and fun
Iron Chic (first band of the official Fest and they ruled, soooo fun)
Next I waited in line for 2 hours for the Falcon but missed them, bummer.
Strike Anywhere (after missing the Falcon this was an excellent way to make up for it. Good mix of songs everyone was into it, great band)
La Salle (ex members of Small Brown Bike, great set, was into every song but one. Picked up the disk, can't wait to listen to it)
Chris Wollard and the Ship Thieves (Chris from HWM and the drummer from HWM, pretty fun band, nothing really special though)
SATURDAY
Atom and his Package (Come on, it's Atom, amazing)
The Lawrence Arms (One of my favourite bands ever, I also won a contest to hang with Brendan Kelly and that was so cool. Set was awesome, Second best set very close to first thus far)
Lemuria (amazing, so much fun. They're singer/guitar player looks like the happiest person on the planet. I just want to hug her all the time)
Dillinger 4 (Good to see no bullshit punk rock alive and well. Seriosly, this band is the real deal, hilarious banter but they also knew what the fuck they are talking about, great times,in my top 3 sets thus far for sure)
Polar Bear Club (WOW, I've seen this band twice before but this blew them all away. The crowd response was crazy, honestly it was probably the best set I've seen thus far, which is actually surprising considering the line up)
